Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds may be issued for bookings made through ORDO (ordo.events). By making a booking, you agree to this policy.

2. Customer Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, the following schedule applies:

  • More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund
  • 14–30 days before the event: 50% refund
  • 7–13 days before the event: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refund

To cancel, email hello@ordo.events with your booking reference.

3. DJ Cancellations

If a DJ cancels a confirmed booking, the Customer receives a full 100% refund. ORDO will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement DJ. DJs who cancel repeatedly may be suspended from the Platform.

4. ORDO Platform Cancellations

If ORDO cancels a booking due to platform issues, fraud, or force majeure, a full refund will be issued to the Customer.

5. Disputes

If the DJ failed to appear or the service was significantly not as described, contact hello@ordo.events within 48 hours of the event. ORDO will review and respond within 5 working days.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
