  • Profile data: DJ biography, genres, city, profile photos, mix samples
  • Booking data: event details, booking history, communications
  • Financial data: payment information processed securely by Stripe — ORDO does not store card details
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create and manage your account
  • To facilitate bookings between Customers and DJs
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To send booking confirmations and service communications
  • To improve the Platform and personalise your experience
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — secure payment processing
  • Supabase — secure database storage
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Law enforcement where required by law

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for 7 years for legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time.
